Today's Rant

How annoying and inconsiderate is it when some dude in the gym is done using a bar and leaves it loaded with 45 lb plates or worse 1 little 10 or 5 lb plate??? For crying out loud if you are strong enough to put the damn weights on, you are strong enough to take them off. Sure it sucks having to remove all those plates but that is the price we pay for lifting heavy. If I can do it even though my back or legs feel like jelly after some intense lifting, you can do it too, tough guy. Don't even get me started on the guys that leave dumbbells all over the gym or put the 25 lb ones in the middle of the 100 lb ones. Forgot how to count or where you got that dumbbell from? Put your damn weights away...................
